Job Title: Project Manager (Precast Concrete)
We are seeking a highly skilled Project Manager to drive impactful construction projects across the Northern Territory and beyond.
Responsibilities
* Create and implement detailed project plans, timelines, and risk management strategies.
* Oversee and optimize the allocation of labor, equipment, and materials.
* Track budgets, control costs, and ensure financial targets are met.
* Serve as the primary contact, ensuring client satisfaction with regular updates and resolution of issues.
* Collaborate with clients, engineers, subcontractors, and internal teams to align project goals.
* Maintain adherence to quality standards and safety regulations through site visits.
* Track milestones, identify risks, and implement corrective actions as needed.
* Motivate and guide project teams to ensure effective collaboration and results.

* Generate detailed progress reports for stakeholders, covering timelines, budgets, and deviations.
Qualifications
* A minimum of 5 years of experience in project management within the construction or precast concrete industry.
* Strong knowledge of project planning, budget management, and resource allocation.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for client and team interactions.

* Knowledge of quality and safety compliance standards in the construction industry.
