What about the role?
The role sits within the Global Consumer Planning function, and the Australian Marketing Transformation team.
Our Insights & Planning Manager will lead the insights & planning agenda for two of our global priority brands - Johnnie Walker and Don Julio. This is a strategic planning role where you will partner with the brand teams on the development of brand strategy, marketing business plans, connections planning, agency briefings, marketing effectiveness and measurement & evaluation.
You will also lead our Brand Guidance System (brand tracking) ensuring that key insights and learnings are translated into clear implications and actions that will drive growth. You will support the Head of Marketing Transformation to build marketing capability across the department and ensure our brands have impact in market.
Please note this role is a 6-month contract for a family leave cover

Role Requirements & Qualifications- Experienced in consumer understanding, insight development and consumer research methodologies with a proven track record of generating insights and implications that drive growth.- Experienced in managing agency partners or experience from within an agency environment and influencing internal stakeholders.- Experienced in connecting the dots between various data sources and insights, and delivering clear, compelling and actionable recommendations for growth
