About The Role:
WorkPac are currently seeking an experienced Operator with an HR Licence to join a road works crew, operating trucks and assisting with general labouring duties.

Our client is a reputable civil construction company delivering road and infrastructure projects across regional Queensland. They are committed to safety, quality workmanship, and maintaining a strong team environment on site.
What You Will Be Doing:
* Operating HR truck to transport materials between sites
* Operating graders and skid steers on site
* Assisting with shovelling and sweeping gravel when required
* Working alongside rollers and graders on road works
* Supporting the crew with general labouring duties
What You Will Need:
* Current HR Drivers Licence
* Relevant RII tickets
* Previous experience operating graders, skid steers, and HR trucks
* Previous experience in road works or civil construction
* Ability to perform manual labour tasks
* Strong commitment to safety on site
* Reliable transport to and from work
