We are seeking a Senior Architectural Technician to join our growing team.

About the Role
This is a varied, senior role involving design development, documentation, and contract administration, with direct involvement across all project stages. We deliberately work on a limited number of projects each year to ensure quality outcomes and meaningful engagement.
You will be supported by the Director while also taking ownership of projects and mentoring junior staff where appropriate.
About You
* Strong experience running projects.
* Approximately 6–8 years' experience in luxury residential and/or multi‐residential architecture.
* Advanced Revit proficiency, with a proven track record of detailed, technically resolved documentation (demonstrated in your portfolio).
* Demonstrated technical capability, shown through detailing, build works, and/or concept development.
* Strong problem‐solving skills; dependable, motivated, and detail‐focused.
* Excellent interpersonal skills — confident liaising with clients, consultants, builders, councils, engineers, and certifiers.
* Experience in team leadership or project management viewed favourably.
