As our new Marketing Manager for KFC South Pacific, reporting to our Group Marketing Manager, you will be driving KFC retail marketing strategy, planning, and execution to drive growth, revenue, and profit across key Category Usage Occasions and menu architecture in priority channels.

ABOUT YOU – OUR NEXT ORIGINAL

o Strong overall marketing experience, specifically with brand & retail marketing strategy knowledge.
o Holds tertiary level qualification - marketing or business major preferred.
o Proven leadership in major business projects with cross-functional coordination.
o Big-brand retail experience, with FMCG/food/multi-outlet highly regarded.
o Broad modern marketing management expertise across sales forecasting, communications, activations, promotions, product development, pricing, market research, UX and media.
o Strong digital literacy, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
o Experienced in fast-paced, complex environments with high stakeholder engagement.
o Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
o You’re ready to help us on our mission to bring FLG experiences to more people, more often.

A DAY IN THE LIFE OF YOUR NEW ROLE

o Drive marketing for retail tech innovation projects, including pricing/menu systems and digitised menu boards (DDMB), driving automation and cross-functional collaboration.
o Develop and recommend Category Usage Occasions (CUOs) & Retail Marketing strategies, budgets and plans designed to drive growth, revenue, and profit for product & value segment portfolios.
o Develop and implement channel-specific marketing plans, track performance, and drive test-and-learn initiatives and corrective actions.
o Drive menu architecture and merchandising strategy to optimise sales, profitability, and customer experience.
o Partner with cross-functional teams (Ops, IS, Product) to execute marketing programs and support field initiatives.
o Drive product development recommendations, packaging changes, and promotions aligned with key CUO initiatives.
o Oversee annual marketing spend and monitor agency performance.
o Contribute to strategic planning, compliance, and continuous improvement of marketing practices.
