Optimisation Expert Sought
We're seeking a seasoned professional with expertise in JMeter, performance tuning, and system monitoring to lead our optimisation initiatives.
The ideal candidate will possess deep knowledge of system architecture, performance metrics, and resource utilisation. They should be able to deliver expert insight into heap, GC, memory, and thread dump analysis, monitoring traces and transaction/session flows, workload modelling, and tuning recommendations.
A strong understanding of AI-driven performance insights and automation tools is also required. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and enhancing monitoring alerts, server health checks, and utilisation metrics.
Essential Skills & Experience:
* 8+ years in performance testing, engineering, and analysis.
* Expertise in JMeter scripting and execution.
* Strong experience with system and application monitoring, memory/thread/GC analysis, user session and transaction-level diagnostics.
* Excellent communication and client-facing skills.
