**Home Care Clinical Manager**
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Registered Nurse to join our team as a Home Care Clinical Manager. This role involves providing clinical guidance and oversight to our Care Coordination Team, managing the care of clients within your case load, and ensuring a high level of staff and client satisfaction.
About the Position
This position will report to the Company Directors and will be responsible for providing clinical guidance and support to our Care Coordination Team, mentoring and building the knowledge of our Care Coordination team through clinical expertise, and managing the care of clients within your case load.
Key Responsibilities

* Manage the care of clients within your case load
* Ensure a high level of staff and client satisfaction
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need to have:
* A current unrestricted AHPRA registration
* 3 years demonstrated experience managing patient/client care
* Strong organisational skills with the ability to perform and prioritise multiple tasks seamlessly with excellent attention to detail
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to utilise a range of software applications including MAC OS and Office suite
* A strong focus on both team culture and delivery of quality client services
* A current Australian Federal Police Check
* A current NSW Working with Children's Check
