As Marketing Coordinator, you'll play a key role in supporting the execution of social‐first marketing campaigns, working closely with marketing, creative, ecommerce and external partners. You'll be highly organized, detail‐driven and thrive in a fast‐paced environment, ensuring campaigns are delivered on time, on brand and to a high standard across multiple markets. About the Role:
Reporting to the Head of Commercial and based in Rozelle, this role plays a key part in shaping how Modibodi shows up in culture. You'll drive impactful partnerships, PR activity and brand activations that strengthen credibility, spark conversation and elevate our position as a leading lifestyle brand. Working closely with internal teams and external partners, you'll bring ideas to life from concept through to execution in a fast‐paced, collaborative environment.
What You Will Do:
* Coordinate end‐to‐end marketing campaign timelines across multiple channels
* Manage briefs, deliverables and workflows to ensure alignment across teams
* Support the creation, approval and trafficking of creative assets
* Ensure all campaign assets are on‐brand and aligned to campaign objectives
* Maintain asset libraries, documentation and campaign trackers
* Work closely with marketing, creative, ecommerce, CRM and external partners
* Support international campaign execution across Australia, the UK and Europe
* Track campaign performance and key metrics
* Prepare reports, updates and post‐campaign insights for the wider team
Who You Are:
You bring +5 years' experience in marketing coordination, campaign execution or agency environments. Highly organized, with strong project management and time‐management skills. Confident juggling multiple campaigns, stakeholders and deadlines. Comfortable working across digital and social channels. A proactive problem‐solver with strong communication and coordination skills. Detail‐oriented and able to thrive in a fast‐moving environment. Genuinely interested in social‐first marketing and Gen Z audiences. Hold current, unrestricted working rights in Australia. Experience in fashion or lifestyle brands will be highly regarded, along with exposure to Gen Z trends and youth‐focused marketing. Familiarity with project management or marketing tools is a plus and will support your ability to coordinate campaigns effectively and work confidently across teams.
