 
        
        **Seeking Motivated Hotel Manager**
The applicant will have had previous leadership and general management in hotel style operations.
The successful applicant will have experience in hotel operations inclusive of TAB, KENO, Gaming, Food and Beverage operations.
Strong analytical and financial skills

A hands on approach.
Strong leadership qualities.
Be able to maintain and develop a positive and enjoyable work environment.
Hold strong communication skills.
Reporting to the General Manager, core duties include:
- Opens and close procedures for the venue 
- Providing strong leadership and mentoring a dynamic and motivated team 
- Ensuring service delivery and customer experience is delivered to the highest standard 
- Completion of shift reports and compliance reporting
Gross Profit and stock control skills
Assist in promotion and sales
Conduct regular inspection of the hotel's operations
Resolve customer complaints
Ensuring appropriate security systems in place to protect staff and customers
