HG Turf Group is seeking an experienced, hands-on Farm Manager to lead operations at our Alexandra turf farm. This role oversees turf production and pasture management, ensuring quality, efficiency, and delivery targets are met. Responsibilities include managing turf production (planting, irrigation, fertilisation, mowing, spraying and harvesting), leading staff and workshop operations, maintaining premium product quality, coordinating logistics, operating and maintaining machinery, managing irrigation and pasture programs, and ensuring WHS compliance.
The successful candidate will have experience in farm management, turf or agriculture, strong leadership and organisational skills, mechanical aptitude, and a current driver’s licence. Agronomy knowledge is preferred.
