Job Title: Mental Health Rehabilitation Clinician

Transform lives with our occupational therapy services, providing optimal health outcomes for residents of our community.

This is a temporary leave relief position with the possibility of extension. As a key member of our multidisciplinary team, you will provide recovery-oriented clinical rehabilitation interventions to individuals aged 16-65 living with mental health issues in the community.

* Key Responsibilities:
* Assessment and care planning, skills development and education, VETE, health promotion, specialist therapies, and referral and linkage to relevant agencies as appropriate.
* Collaborate with colleagues to ensure seamless delivery of services and maximize client outcomes.
* Develop and implement individualized plans to support clients' recovery journeys.
* Maintain accurate records and contribute to quality improvement initiatives.

Requirements:

* Applicable vaccination requirements for a Category A role.
* Working With Children Check (WWCC).
* Current AHPRA Registration.
* Social Work degree and eligibility for the Australian Association of Social Workers (AASW).
* Valid NSW Drivers Licence.
