We are seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse or Enrolled Nurse to join our compassionate team at BaptistCare.
In this key role, you will work closely with the Manager Residential Care and clinical staff to ensure accurate and timely information is provided to support AN-ACC assessments. You will play a vital role in ensuring all supporting documentation is complete and compliant so that all eligible funding can be accurately claimed.
You will also be responsible for overseeing the quality and correctness of AN-ACC assessments, maintaining up-to-date documentation, and helping to build the knowledge and capability of the care team involved in the assessment process.
