Food preparation, support & train the kitchen hand team & produce high quality dishes
Working within a high performing team to deliver high quality products and a smooth service
Creating memorable and personalised experiences for our guests in a casual setting
Ensuring Food Safety & Hygiene procedures are followed
Qualifications & experience
Previous experience in a commercial kitchen within a casual dining environment
A Culinary Professional that can deliver exceptional service
Exceptional knowledge of food safety & hygiene
Flexibility to work across a rotating roster, including weekends and late nights
