* Support the Store Manager in executing business strategies and rolling out operational initiatives.
About You:
* Proven retail management experience in a fast-paced environment, leading a team of 5+ staff.
* Hands-on, sales-driven, and confident in delegating to empower your team.
* Ambitious and career-focused, with a desire to progress into a Store Manager role.
* Relevant retail experience, ideally with interest or exposure to tools or trade products.
* Reliable, motivated, professional, and flexible to work at least one weekend day.
