Allan's Mens Hairdressing has 20 salons across NSW and has been operating for over 40 years. We are looking for a Hairdresser for our Castle Hill salon.
About the Role
Motivated, reliable, client‑focused Hairdresser to deliver great service in a friendly team environment.
Responsibilities
* Cut, trim and shape hair based on customers' instructions, hair type and facial features, using clippers, scissors, trimmers and razors.
* Analyse customers' hair and other physical features to determine and recommend beauty treatments or suggest hairstyles.
* Provide multiple hair styling services, such as washing, cutting, colouring, chemical treatments and blow drying.
* Demonstrate and sell hair care products and cosmetics.
* Comb, brush and spray hair to set style.
* Shave, trim and shape beards and mustaches.
Qualifications
* 2 years or more experience in a similar position in a busy environment.

Salary: $80,000 per year.
Work Details
Job type: Full‑time. Schedule: 8 hour shift (overtime, weekend availability). Overtime pay, performance bonus and weekly bonus tips. Supplemental pay types: bonus.
Location
CASTLE HILL, NSW 2154 – reliable commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required).
Work Environment
