Our client is Australia and New Zealand's leading distributor of safety and industrial solutions, specializing in lockout/tagout products and premium industrial gloves. With a strong national logistics network, they support mining operations to stay safe, compliant, and productive. Known for innovation, service excellence, and deep industry expertise, they've built long-standing partnerships with both suppliers and customers.

Your New Role:
This Perth-based position is focused on driving sales growth and market leadership in Hand Protection and Lockout/Tagout solutions. You'll manage a designated territory and end-user list, build strong relationships with resellers and internal teams, and identify business development opportunities. The role involves proactive market analysis, strategic planning, and close collaboration across teams.

Key Responsibilities:
Manage your assigned region and end-user list with structured call cycles and detailed customer records
Visit sites to assess isolation points and implement tailored lockout/tagout solutions
Monitor competitor activity and develop strategies to maintain market leadership
Meet and exceed personal sales targets while supporting team goals
Build strong relationships with major resellers and align performance through regular updates
Represent the company at trade shows and activations
Maintain open communication with all stakeholders
Deliver high customer satisfaction and grow key accounts
Accurately report sales activities and forecasts, ensuring compliance

What You'll Need to Succeed:
Experience in the industrial safety industry and strong networks across Australia
Excellent influencing, problem-solving, and negotiation skills
Strong commercial acumen and planning ability
Analytical mindset with a proactive, driven attitude
Solid sales experience and understanding of value-added selling
Ability to manage complex sales at senior levels
Willingness to travel interstate regularly
