* Lead, coach and motivate teams to deliver exceptional service
* Oversee merchandising, store presentation and promotional execution
* Manage high stock volumes efficiently and accurately
* Drive store targets, KPIs and operational outcomes
* Support talent development and succession planning
* Create an engaging, customer-first environment
What You Will Bring
* Proven retail management experience (essential)
* Experience managing high stock volumes and a busy retail floor
* Strength in leading and inspiring teams of 15–30+ team members
* A passion for nurturing talent and driving team success
* Strong organisational and time-management skills
* Adaptability, problem-solving capability and a results-focused mindset
* Confident communication skills and comfort with retail systems
* First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain—funded by us)
