* Cert III in Commercial Cookery or equivalent experience required
* Experience with dietary requirements and food safety compliance essential
* A friendly, reliable attitude, willingness to improve skills, and a heart for service necessary
Responsibilities:
1. Prepare and serve nutritious meals that cater to diverse dietary needs
2. Maintain kitchen hygiene and adhere to our Food Safety Program
3. Manage stock rotation and food storage efficiently
4. Support a positive guest experience by working collaboratively with the team
