**About the role**
We're looking for a Warehouse Team Leader who can act as the 2IC on site to lead and mentor a small team for the B&D Group site in Keysborough.
This is an ideal opportunity for a senior operator or current team lead to step up and join a business that will offer you future warehouse management opportunities. We have an organised, collaborative operation that places safety and quality at the top of our priorities.
**Responsibilities**
- Takes charge in the absence of the Warehouse Manager.
- Support timely transactions for inwards goods deliveries and transfer of paperwork to correct departments.
- Supports accurate stock control administration processes across all warehouses.
- Investigates any troubleshooting issues and provide solutions.
- Lead by example with respect to compliance with site safety protocols, policies and procedures.
**Skills & Experience**
- Demonstrated and proven record of showing a sense of urgency and an excellent ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks in a fast paced environment.
- SAP and APO (MRP/ERP) use expereince is helpful but we can train you.
- Dedicated to meeting the expectations of internal and external customers.
- The ability to seek out improvements and drive process enhancements
- Problem solving skills in a team environment.
- Current forklift licence
