About the Casual Educator Role
We are seeking a qualified individual to fill this casual educator position.
The successful applicant will be responsible for actively contributing to the education program in the room and the centre team, engaging and supervising children at all times, maintaining a safe environment, and building strong relationships with children and families.

Key Responsibilities
1. Develop and implement high-quality educational programs that cater to diverse needs and interests.
2. Maintain accurate records of children's progress, development, and achievements.
3. Communicate effectively with parents, colleagues, and other stakeholders to ensure a collaborative approach to education.
4. Contribute to the creation and implementation of safety protocols and emergency procedures.
5. Promote a culture of inclusivity, respect, and empathy among children, families, and staff.
