About the role:
We are excited to offer an amazing opportunity for a Concierge/Receptionist to join the team at Bathurst. You will play a pivotal role in our first class customer service experience as you meet and greet new customers and learn all elements of the business.
Responsibilities:
* Being the first point of contact for all customers in person or over the phone
* Establishing a customer's reason for the visit and directing them to the correct department/staff member
* Maintain the presentation of the dealership showroom
* Assistance with administrative duties for all departments within the Dealership
* Participating in training and other learning and development opportunities
About you:
* Excellent customer service skills.
* Able to maintain a professional presentation.
* Effective time management and problem-solving skills.
* Ability to work within outdoors when required.
* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
* A valid Australian drivers' licence.
* Sound knowledge of WH&S.
