A Customer Service Representative (CSR) is primarily responsible for providing quality customer service to our valued customers both on the phone and face-to-face.
Responsibilities
- Meet & greet customers on the phone and in person.
- Dealing with customer concerns.
- Upselling.
- Processing payments: cash and EFTPOS.
- Preparing a variety of pizzas and other food items, Hygiene and food safety.
- General cleaning duties.
- TRAINING: We provide a comprehensive training program to get you ready for your new job and up to speed quickly.
Our safety, health and hygiene training is comprehensive, and we have introduced specialised training on COVID-19 and Zero Contact to keep you protected during these uncertain times.
