Measuring Specialist
This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy interacting with customers and working accurately. Key responsibilities include visiting residential customers to complete onsite measurements for flooring and window furnishing products.
Utilizing mobile estimating software, you will draw up accurate plans and document the required details in a professional manner.
* Collaborate closely with the sales team to ensure quotes are accurate and projects are set up correctly.
* Deliver exceptional customer service and answer questions when onsite.
* Record measurements and job details clearly and thoroughly.
Requirements:
Essential Skills & Qualifications
* Proven experience in onsite measuring for flooring and/or window furnishings.
* Proficiency in using digital tools or software to measure and draw plans.
* Attention to detail and ability to work with accuracy and consistency.
* Excellent customer service skills and confidence engaging with customers in their homes.
