About the Role Your role as a Manager Survey Reports is to support the buildout of a new focused sub-function within Front Office Business Support that specializes in the design, management, and production of survey reports produced for external parties as part of the Markets business.
Your role will be part of a team of 2 located in Sydney that specializes in designing processes for new survey requests and enhancing existing survey report production processes and controls to follow best practices. You will be responsible for producing survey reports and supporting the function to streamline/automate the production of existing surveys.

Role Type: Permanent, Full time What will your day look like? As a Manager Survey Reports, you will be responsible for:
Implementing new/enhancing existing processes and controls for the production of survey reports. Producing survey reports and ensuring proper investigation and escalation of any exceptions encountered. Providing SME best practice advisory to other functions on how to design and control survey report production. Engaging with relevant FO stakeholders to stay updated on market changes relevant for in-scope surveys. Having a good understanding of Markets products and ANZ booking platforms and models. Facilitating continuous improvement initiatives. What will you bring? To grow and succeed in this role, you should ideally have:
Strong experience in trade data report compilation and design. A good understanding of Markets products – especially related to Bonds, FX, and Rates products. Good communication and presentation skills to effectively communicate with all stakeholders. Good interpersonal skills. Hands-on knowledge and experience with banking systems (e.g., MUREX, WSS). A problem solver and self-driven individual, energized by tackling complex problems. Using critical thinking, networking, skills, knowledge, and available data to drive better outcomes for customers and the bank. Data-driven decision-making and the ability to build data-driven processes. Ability to build tools using Excel/VBA/Python. So why join us?
