As the Program Manager, you will have the opportunity to lead meaningful, community‑led services that strengthen connections to employment, education, housing, health, and culture, delivering lasting impact across remote communities.
About the role
This role provides strategic and operational leadership across justice‑related transition services, overseeing program delivery, compliance, performance, and partnerships. You will lead and support a multidisciplinary team, work closely with community, government, and service partners, and ensure culturally safe, strengths‑based practices that promote participant self‑determination and positive long‑term outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead culturally responsive justice transition services with strong community impact.
* Oversee program delivery, performance, compliance, and continuous improvement.
* Manage budgets, reporting, risk, and funding obligations.
* Lead, support, and develop a multidisciplinary team using strengths‑based, trauma‑informed practice.
* Build strong partnerships with First Nations communities, Elders, government, and service providers.
* Support pathways to employment, education, housing, health, and cultural connection.
* Promote participant self‑determination and culturally safe service delivery.
About You
* Values‑driven leader with experience in community‑based or justice‑related services
* Demonstrated understanding of culturally safe, trauma‑informed, and strengths‑based practice
* Passionate about creating pathways through employment, education, and community connection
* Experienced in leading teams and delivering services in complex, multi‑stakeholder environments
* Strong relationship‑builder with the ability to engage effectively with First Nations communities
* Confident balancing strategic oversight with hands‑on operational leadership
* Highly organised with strong communication, accountability, and problem‑solving skills
