As a small-sized organisation, they place a strong emphasis on technical expertise and operational excellence.Job Description Key ResponsibilitiesAnalyse equipment performance data to identify improvement opportunities.Develop and implement maintenance strategies to enhance reliability and availability.Coordinate root cause analysis for equipment failures and recommend corrective actions.Collaborate with maintenance and operations teams to optimise asset performance.Prepare technical reports and present findings to stakeholders.Monitor and manage the condition of heavy mobile equipment (HME).Ensure compliance with safety and environmental standards in all engineering activities.Support the planning and execution of reliability improvement projects.The Successful Applicant Skills & Experience5+ years in Mining environmentsStrong Mobile fleet experience across heavy mining equipment and light vehicle ancillary assetsStrong understanding of RAMS principles (Reliability, Availability, Maintainability, Safety) and preventative strategy development.Strong understanding of Asset ManagementAnalytical and investigative capability with proven experience leading Root Cause Analysis (RCA) processesFamiliarity with condition monitoring processes and their application to mobile fleetsExperience with CAT, Hitachi, and/or Komatsu HMESAP and OnePM proficiency (advantageous but not essential)What's on OfferAttractive hourly rate.Opportunity to work in a unique location.Engagement with a focused and skilled team in a small-sized organisation.Hands-on involvement in key reliability projects within the Mining industry.If you're ready to take on this challenging and rewarding role as a Reliability Engineer (HME), we encourage you to apply now and bring your expertise to the forefront.#J-18808-Ljbffr
