About the Position:

We have an exciting new position for Part-time Permanent Receptionist/Administration Officer to join our team based in Orange NSW.

This role is 25 hours per week, averaging 5 hours per day. We are looking for someone that has availability Monday-Friday, with hours negotiable.

This role is the first point of contact for visitors and staff at the office.The position provides administrative support to the agency's staff and programs, and assists in the coordination of the day-to-day running of our Orange office.

The role is highly varied and requires a person who is energetic, self-motivated and who has great attention to detail. In the Administration Officer / Receptionist role, you will:

Make our team and clients feel welcome with a friendly, helpful and professional approach;

Learn about and work with the different functions within Veritas House including Clinical and Consultation Services, Finance, People and Culture and Marketing;

Be a Systems Guru - You are a wiz using Microsoft Office applications and will be using our practice and accounting systems to support our teams.

Keep our office running smoothly, looking beautiful and maintained for our team and clients.

About you:

The successful person will represent our values and philosophies and create a welcoming and supportive introduction to Veritas House.

Selection Criteria

Proven experience in a reception/administration role.

Superior customer service skills and stakeholder management.

Intermediate to Advanced Microsoft Office experience.

Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines

Outstanding communication skills - both written and verbal.

Natural ability to take initiative and be proactive.

Drivers Licence, and willingness to drive a work vehicle to Bathurst for training and meetings as required.

Satisfactory probity checks, including a current WWCC and Police Check.
