About Our Role
We are seeking a Business Analyst to join our team, where you will be responsible for analysing complex business processes, defining business requirements, and designing solutions that support efficient business operations in alignment with WGA’s strategic and operational plans.
About You
To be successful in this position you will have:
* 4+ years' experience as a Business Analyst, contributing to a diverse range of projects including software development, infrastructure upgrades, and data-focused initiatives.
* Demonstrated expertise in designing business processes that drive operational efficiency and align with strategic objectives.
* Skilled in gathering and refining requirements from a wide range of business stakeholders, ensuring solutions are practical, inclusive, and aligned with shared goals.
* Practiced at running collaborative workshops to elicit requirements and present findings back to stakeholders for alignment and validation.
* Able to clearly communicate insights and findings to a variety of stakeholders, both technical and non-technical, across all levels of the organisation.
* Experienced in preparing project requirements, defining scope, conducting feasibility studies, and contributing to benefits realisation planning.
* Proven record of identifying project risks and applying effective risk management strategies to prevent or minimise issues and setbacks.
* Highly organised, able to manage multiple tasks at once, prioritise effectively, and consistently meet deadlines in a dynamic environment.
* Strong interpersonal skills, collaborative and positive team player, able to build relationships and contribute to a supportive workplace culture.
