Dental House Group is seeking experienced Front Office Coordinators for our clinic in Melton, Victoria, Australia. These state-of-the-art dental clinics offer transformative treatments, including All-on-4, implants, full mouth rehabilitation, and general dentistry, and are staffed by some of Australia's top clinicians.
Role Overview:
As a Front Office Coordinator, you will serve as the first point of contact for patients, ensuring a seamless administrative flow and contributing to an outstanding patient experience from start to finish.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage Patient Enquiries: Handle patient inquiries in person, by phone, and via email, providing professional and friendly responses.
Patient Welcome: Greet and welcome new patients, ensuring they feel comfortable and informed.
Build Rapport: Establish strong connections with patients to understand their concerns and treatment goals.
Document Review: Ensure patient documents are complete and accurate.
Follow-up: Provide timely follow-up communication with patients to ensure continuity of care and treatment satisfaction.
Support Clinicians: Offer administrative and clinical assistance to the dental team as needed.
Requirements:
Experience: Previous experience in the dental industry is preferred.
Skills:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
A warm, friendly demeanor with exceptional interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail.
A genuine passion for delivering outstanding patient care.
