About your role: We’re looking for a highly organised and confident Executive Assistant & Office Manager to support our ELT, while overseeing the day-to-day coordination of our Brisbane office. This is a fast-paced, hands-on role where no two days will look the same. From managing schedules and preparing briefings, to greeting guests and coordinating internal events, you’ll play a key role in helping our leaders stay focused and our office run smoothly. You’ll work closely with People & Culture, Marketing and the wider business, making sure things are not only organised, but genuinely enjoyable for the team. What your days will look like: As an Executive Assistant and Office Manager, you’ll be responsible for managing calendars, coordinating meetings, preparing documentation and briefing materials, and arranging travel and logistics. You’ll support our Founder with external speaking engagements, including scheduling, material preparation and event coordination. You’ll assist with internal communications and follow up on meeting actions to ensure priorities stay on track. On the office side, you’ll oversee general coordination of our Brisbane office, managing supplies, organising catering, liaising with service providers and ensuring the space is professional and welcoming. You’ll also be the first point of contact for visitors, manage incoming calls and emails, and assist with ad-hoc administrative support as needed. What you will bring to the role: You’ll bring 3 years’ experience as an Executive Assistant or senior administrator, with a proven ability to support senior leaders in a fast-paced environment. You’re highly organised, proactive and always two steps ahead. You’re confident handling confidential information, thrive under pressure, and communicate with warmth and professionalism. You’re comfortable juggling competing priorities, managing office coordination tasks, and jumping in wherever needed to get things done.
