About the opportunity
In this position you will be responsible for:
* Providing a wide range of support to the school leadership team to effectively manage financial matters
* Using various software applications to effectively process and maintain accurate financial records, draft, update and format standard documents and input financial data
* Responding to enquiries ensuring accurate and relevant information is provided in a timely manner, resolving concerns or issues and recording correspondence according to processes and procedures
* Assisting in the development, maintenance and operations of systems and databases including recommending improvements
* Assisting with the coordination of staff and student training.
About you
To be successful in this position you will bring relevant contemporary skills and experience including:
* Experience in supporting senior leadership in managing financial matters
* Proficiency in using software to process and maintain accurate financial records and documents
* Strong communication skills to handle enquiries and resolve issues promptly
* Experience in developing, maintaining, and improving systems and databases
* Ability to assist in coordinating staff and student training
* Certificate in Finance or related field highly regarded
* For this position you are not required to be Catholic.
Eligibility and Safeguarding requirements:
* Eligibility to work in Australia for the duration of the appointment
* Hold a Paid Employee Positive Notice Blue Card prior to commencement.
