C2C Mine Maintenance is a locally owned mining services company based in Paget, servicing the Bowen Basin. We specialize in Mine Maintenance, Mechanical Servicing & Repairs, Compliance Inspections & Upgrades, Auto Electrical & Field Services. Due to continued growth, we are seeking an experienced Service Adviser to join our team.
About the Role
As a Service Adviser, you will be the key link between our customers, workshop, and management team. You'll be responsible for coordinating work, planning maintenance activities, and ensuring jobs are delivered safely, efficiently, and to a high standard.
Key Responsibilities
• Liaise with customers regarding bookings, job progress, and completion.
• Plan and schedule maintenance and repair work.
• Prepare job cards, quotes, and service documentation.
• Coordinate parts availability and workshop priorities.
• Support technicians with clear job scopes and timelines.
• Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance requirements are met.
• Deliver high levels of customer service at all times.
About You
• Previous experience as a Service Adviser or similar role.
• Strong automotive industry knowledge (heavy or light vehicle experience highly regarded).
• Proven planning and scheduling skills.
• Excellent communication and organizational abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple jobs in a fast-paced environment.
• High attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
• Additional mining or heavy industry experience will be an advantage.
