Supply Chain Expert
We are seeking an experienced Supply Chain Expert to join our team. As a key member of the organization, you will be responsible for leading the end-to-end supply chain function, including procurement, logistics, production planning, inventory management, and customer service.
The successful candidate will have a strong background in mechanical or electrical engineering manufacturing and experience in managing technical escalations, resolving service delivery challenges, and aligning operational support with commercial and sales functions in a B2B environment.
You will be responsible for driving improvements in performance, process, and service delivery across the supply chain. This includes collaborating with suppliers, production, and internal stakeholders to meet cost, quality, and delivery targets, as well as developing and implementing strategies to optimize inventory, reduce costs, and improve service levels.
The ideal candidate will have deep capability across demand planning, production forecasting, and inventory management, with strong attention to detail and technical proficiency in industry-specific products. You will also need to be an empathetic yet hands-on leader who can combine operational know-how with commercial acumen and bring a continuous improvement mindset.
