About the Position
Our client is seeking an experienced
Litigation Associate
with 4+ years of post-admission experience to join a thriving disputes team in Brisbane. This opportunity is ideal for a driven legal professional ready to fast-track their earning potential while being mentored by award-winning partners.
You'll work across a diverse caseload including complex commercial litigation, corporate disputes, and regulatory matters. From managing high-value files and attending court proceedings, to strategic advisory work and leading negotiations, this is a front-row seat to the highest calibre of litigation work in the country.

Key Responsibilities
Manage a range of complex commercial and corporate litigation files
Draft high-quality legal documentation for court, clients, and regulatory bodies
Liaise directly with senior counsel and clients on case strategy
Lead discovery processes and coordinate with expert witnesses
Participate in mediations, court appearances and strategic planning sessions
Key Requirements
Minimum 4 years post-admission experience in litigation/dispute resolution (from a private practice background)
Strong technical drafting and advisory skills
Experience in commercial or corporate dispute matters preferred
Proven ability to manage deadlines and complex files with precision
Cooperative team player with a proactive and self-driven approach
