ConsultANZ is seeking an HR Coordinator / Advisor to join a well-established piling and ground engineering contractor in Sydney, NSW. This permanent, full-time role will support HR onboarding, employee administration, and day-to-day HR operations across the business. RESPONSIBILITIES: Support employee onboarding and HR administration Maintain employee records, documentation, and compliance requirements Liaise with site workers and office staff to collect and manage information Assist with day-to-day HR coordination and general administration Support management with operational and people-related tasks Coordinate employee inductions and onboarding documentation Assist with maintaining HR systems and internal databases REQUIREMENTS: Qualification in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred Previous experience in HR, administration, or a similar support role Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently and manage tasks without close supervision Good IT and Microsoft Office skills Construction, engineering, or industrial industry experience is advantageous Confident and proactive personality Strong organisational skills and attention to detail BENEFITS: Permanent, full-time position based in Sydney Competitive salary package: $75,000 – $100,000 super, negotiable depending on experience.
