Customer Service Professional
Bayside City Council is seeking a skilled customer service professional to work across our various customer contact channels.

To be successful in this role, you will need:
1. Extensive experience working in a high volume inbound contact centre, taking ownership to resolve customer enquiries at the first point of contact
2. Experience in responding to customers via written correspondence and digital channels
3. Demonstrated experience working with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) technology and a range of Microsoft Office programs. Salesforce experience is highly desirable
4. Ability to deliver a high-level customer focused experience
5. Highly developed multi-tasking and organisational skills and the ability to work independently, prioritise tasks, and meet deadlines
6. The ability to work effectively as an integral part of a team while respecting individual values and differences
7. Demonstrated ability to manage escalated interactions using highly developed listening and comprehension skills. Ability to show empathy and understanding
8. Demonstrated personal motivation, initiative, problem solving, and decision-making
