What you'll do
Book patient appointments for scans and procedures with accuracy and empathy.
Handle patient inquiries via phone and email, providing clear, compassionate information.
Work closely with clinical teams to ensure smooth scheduling and patient flow.
Maintain confidentiality and uphold hospital standards in every interaction.
What we're looking for
Strong communication and customer service skills.
Ability to stay calm and organised in a fast-paced environment.
Previous experience in a contact centre or healthcare administration is an advantage.
Comfortable using computer systems and managing multiple tasks.
