About the opportunity
This is a permanent, part-time role with flexibility to accommodate fluctuating workloads. You will work closely with the directors and take on a range of tasks as business needs arise, including tenant liaison, lease administration, arrears oversight, compliance follow-ups and ad hoc projects.
In this role, you will:
Action leases, assignments, options and rent reviews within agreed timeframes
Maintain digital records and ensure lease documentation accuracy
Monitor arrears and undertake professional communication with tenants
Complete annual outgoings reconciliations and financial reporting
Coordinate with stakeholders across entities on legal and compliance matters
About you
To be successful in this role, you will ideally have:
Experience in commercial property management, accounting, legal, or similar roles
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Analytical ability and commercial judgement
High attention to detail and computer literacy
Experience drafting or reviewing lease documentation
Ability to liaise with solicitors and manage multiple stakeholders
Proficiency in MS Office, Excel and general systems
