We're seeking a driven and detail-oriented Claims & Admin Support (Stolen Asset Recovery) team member to manage stolen asset records, liaise with police and other stakeholders, and support successful recoveries on behalf of our insurance partners. What You'll Be Doing
* Engage with police, tow yards, councils, and other parties to verify stolen asset status
* Follow up on open cases, gather and clarify information, and support resolution
* Manage and maintain stolen asset listings in the PropertyVAULT portal
* Assist with matching recovered property to insurer-submitted claims
* Support onboarding and reporting for major insurance partners
* Contribute to a fast-paced operations team working across thousands of active records
Who We're Looking For
* Confident communicator with a clear and professional phone manner
* Comfortable asking questions, seeking clarity, and working with police, councils, or other external parties
* Highly organised with a strong sense of follow-through and attention to detail
* Problem-solver who enjoys investigative tasks and is outcome-focused
* Proficient in Excel, email, and admin systems; experience with CRMs or case tools is a bonus
* Background in insurance, claims, customer service, or investigations highly regarded
* Must have the right to work in Australia and reside in Greater Sydney
