Every detail of the space — and every interaction — reflects genuine care for the patient experience.
About the Role
We are seeking an energetic, well-presented, and people-focused receptionist to join our small, friendly team. This position will commence within 4–6 weeks and offers approximately 20 hours per week (8-hour days with flexibility).

· Welcome each patient with warmth, confidence, and professionalism
· Manage phone and in-person enquiries with genuine care
· Book and adjust appointments using the Nookal diary system
· Process payments for private, WorkCover, TAC, and EPC patients

· Professional and polished in presentation
· Confident communicator on the phone and face-to-face
· Organised, reliable, and detail-focused
· Comfortable using technology and social media
· Calm under pressure and takes pride in helping others
Experience in healthcare or reception is an advantage but not essential — we will provide full training for the right person. What matters most is warmth, initiative, and consistency.
