What You'll Be Doing
* Preparing and cooking high-quality menu items
* Breakfast/Lunch Service & Texas BBQ Low & Slow Smokehouse
* Production Subs, Salads, Sandwiches, Special Events
* Keeping a clean, safe, well-organised workstation
* Working closely with our team to deliver great customer experiences
* Thriving in a fast-paced kitchen environment
What We're Looking For
* Experience in a commercial kitchen (Chef or Cook level)
* Reliability, good communication & strong work ethic
* Ability to follow systems and maintain quality
* Someone who enjoys working as part of a team
