We have an opportunity for an experienced Customer Service professional to join our Customer Service team supporting our Stockland Halcyon Communities sales teams, located across QLD, VIC, NSW, and WA. Delivering exceptional customer support and service, contribute to sales activities through pre-qualification nurture, and conversion of online enquiries related to our over 50's living lifestyle communities.
About the role
Use your effective communication skills, high empathy, and emotional intelligence to build solid relationships and trust with potential homebuyers and play a key role in our Customer Journey. You'll focus on phone and digital communication channels to support and engage with customers, converting initial conversations to leads, building relationships and gently encouraging prospective buyers to visit our communities before handing onto the sales consultants.
This is a full-time permanent role, 9am – 5pm, Monday – Friday or Tuesday – Saturday, with a combination of working from one of our offices located in Brisbane, Yandina or Hope Island, based on your location and one of our Stockland Halcyon project offices, there is some flexibility to work from home.
About you
* Experience in a customer centric phone-based role
* Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
* High empathy and emotional intelligence
* Ability to quickly engage and build rapport with a diverse range of stakeholders
* Excellent data entry and database management skills, with high attention to detail
* CRM experience, Salesforce would be an advantage but experience with another CRM would be beneficial
