As our full-time Breakfast Chef, you will be responsible for preparing and serving a diverse range of breakfast dishes, from traditional full hot breakfast to healthier and continental choices. You will manage the kitchen breakfast section efficiently, ensuring food is prepared on time, cooked to perfection, and presented beautifully. Key responsibilities include but not limited to: Prepare, cook and serve food for the breakfast buffet showing variety and flair Ensure strict stock rotation and minimum wastage following stock control procedures Keep all working areas clean and tidy. Chef is required to wash all dishes during service Assist with inhouse functions, restaurant and cafe food as required Ensure all equipment is maintained, serviced and cleaned. Report any problems to the Food & Beverage Operations Manager.
