They have a commitment to continuous improvement and best practice. About Your New Role This role sits at the intersection of Finance, process design, and ERP capability. This is a hands-on delivery role, suited to someone who can challenge legacy ways of working, bring stakeholders on the journey, and embed practical, standardised finance processes across the organisation. Key Responsibilities Map end-to-end Finance processes (P2P, R2R and related cycles) to standard Tier 1 ERP capability Drive process design and standardisation, reducing variation and local workarounds Challenge unnecessary customisation and identify under-utilised ERP functionality Produce clear, practical documentation including process maps, SOPs, RACI and role clarity Facilitate workshops to align stakeholders on agreed future-state processes Assess change impacts across roles, responsibilities, and ways of working Manage stakeholder resistance with confidence, clarity and influence Support delivery of the Finance Transformation roadmap with practical sequencing Ensure Finance policies and procedures align to system execution and governance Contribute to benefits realisation through improved controls, data quality and cycle times About You Strong end-to-end Finance process experience, particularly P2P and R2R Proven experience in process design, standardisation and documentation Demonstrated Tier 1 ERP experience Confident facilitator who can take stakeholders through change A proactive “doer” who enjoys hands-on delivery Comfortable managing pushback and navigating complex stakeholder environments What’s In It For You $130,000 - $150,000 super 6-month contract with a strong view to go permanent Immediate opportunity to be in a highly visible role working on a meaningful finance transformation Hybrid working arrangement (2 days WFH) Close to the train station and onsite parking Please APPLY NOW or contact Declan Stacey for more information on 0483 945 773
