**Your day to day**
As our dedicated Minibar Attendant you will be be responsible for delivering an outstanding guest experience through restocking our in-room minibars. You will use your to intuition and time management skills to seamlessly service guest rooms with replacement minibar stock in a quiet & efficient manner. Key duties include:
- Dispense and record all stock and correctly charge all items
- Ensure stock is clean, hygienic and within date range
- Complete minibar orders and resolve guest queries quickly and efficiently
- Ensure safety and security of minibar stock
- Report stock levels, variances, and rotate stock
**What we need from you**
Our Housekeeping team is supportive and will provide plenty of training for you to excel in this role.

- High attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Display a high level of customer service
- Knowledge of hotel and/or minibar operations advantageous
- Confidence in interacting and showing respect towards guests
As you will mostly be working individually, the Housekeeping team requires an individual who is self motivated and can be trusted unsupervised for majority of their shift.
