At Wesfarmers Health, we're seeking an experienced Senior Retail Media Manager to join our team and drive growth across the Retail Media Network.
This newly created position will report into the Head of Retail Media and lead supplier engagement, strategic media partnerships, and commercial outcomes. It plays a key part in advancing the Retail Media proposition by leveraging data, campaign planning, and collaboration across teams to align media initiatives with category and supplier priorities.
The ideal candidate will have five years minimum of demonstrated experience in media sales, digital marketing, or commercial partnerships, ideally including leadership roles. They will possess a proven track record in managing supplier relationships and achieving revenue targets, strong stakeholder engagement and influencing skills, commercial acumen, and proficiency in CRM tools, pipeline management, and campaign measurement.
