Due to company growth a position has become available for a Junior Admin Assistant to expand our administration team. As a successful candidate you will be required to deliver excellent logistical solutions and customer service to our growing number of clients and technicians
* Obtaining, analysing and verifying the accuracy of order information in a timely manner
* The order entry of equipment/bookings and scheduling/cancellations/variations to orders for all service offerings
* Initiating and/or implementing corrective action as needed in order to ensure that an excellent standard of service and a high level of customer satisfaction is maintained.
* Processing information in response to inquiries, concerns and requests about products and services
Key Responsibilities:
* Liasing daily with our technical team
* Invoicing
* Completing daily service calls and client calls
* Purchase Order processing
* Handles incoming calls or email inquiries from our field technicians, customers or clients
* Managing service schedules and logistics of your allocated field teams
* Liaising with other key clients to ensure service level agreements met
* Stock allocations & maintenance of orders
* Creating and processing invoicing
* Assists your allocated teams effectively by solving queries
* Discusses products offered and ensures customer satisfaction
* Completes supporting paperwork and data entry as required
* Accurately captures customer information
* Conducts follow up phone calls where required
