The Hotel Services Assistant reports directly to the Manager/Director of Nursing at Tatura campus and must adapt to work across both the kitchen and cleaning areas of the Hospital and Parkvilla Nursing home. The position will prepare and serve meals for residents and patients and perform cleaning services that comply with hospital cleaning procedures and aged care accreditation requirements. The role also involves providing quality food service and delivery to clients at Tatura Campus to a standard that complies with both legislative and quality assurance requirements.

Tatura Hospital provides acute hospital and palliative care services, in addition to pathology collection, podiatry, self-management support and a transition care program. The facility includes 8 sub‐acute beds. The Goulburn Valley Health Tatura campus also hosts the Parkvilla Aged Care Facility, a residential aged care home for 13 residents and two transitional care clients, offering a home‐like environment.
