Leading a finance data analytics and automation culture across the brand involves driving insights that optimize strategies, enhance performance, and create business value. This role coordinates global financial data and reporting standards to ensure consistency across regions and maintain integrity of global sources.
• Collaborate with the global finance team to shape how data is used for analysis, reporting, and automation opportunities.• Ensure consistency and accuracy of data sets, definitions, and performance drivers across all regions.• Partner with finance to identify and deliver data-driven opportunities and actionable insights.• Work closely with global data and technology teams to align analytics priorities with brand objectives.• Build, develop, and inspire a motivated, high-performing data team.
Requirements
* Minimum 5 years' experience in analytics delivery and data leadership
* Proficiency in descriptive analytics, SQL, reporting, and Power BI
* Proven ability to use data to deliver measurable business value and insights
* Strong stakeholder management, communication, and presentation skills
* Demonstrated experience leading and developing teams in a collaborative, fast-paced environment
* Bachelor's degree in data science, analytics, or a related field
