You will provide support to children and young people experiencing emotional and psychological difficulties, working closely with them to enhance their mental well-being and life skills.
The ideal candidate will have experience in case management, especially in trauma-informed care, and a relevant degree or diploma. Home visits are part of the role, and you'll receive an on-call allowance.
